Find out what's actually living in your Microsoft 365 tenant.

Most firms have years of SharePoint sites, Teams and files nobody remembers creating — and tools they pay for but never switched on. Our scanner reads your tenant and reports back in plain English.

What the scan finds

Dormant & duplicate sites

SharePoint sites and Teams with no activity for months or years — including which ones still hold sensitive client files, and which are safe to archive.

Governance & sprawl risk

Ownerless sites, over-shared content, and the places your firm's data has quietly spread. The things an insurer or regulator would ask about.

Money left on the table

Tools included in your existing licences — Power Automate, Forms, Bookings, Planner — that could be removing manual work today, sitting unused.

How it works

  • 1. A 20-minute call. We set up read-only access together — you watch every step, and you approve it in your own admin centre.
  • 2. The scan runs. It reads site activity and usage reports. It cannot change, delete or move anything — the access it uses is incapable of writing.
  • 3. You get the report. A short written health report plus a 30-minute readout call. Keep it, act on it yourself, or ask us to fix what it found. All three are fine.
About access — the part IT will ask about. The scan uses delegated, read-only Microsoft Graph permissions (Sites.Read.All and Reports.Read.All), approved by your own administrator in your own tenant, revocable by you at any time. No passwords are shared, nothing is installed on your machines, and no client data leaves your tenant — the report contains site names, dates and counts, not file contents.

Why free?

Honestly: because it's the best introduction we could design. Some firms take the report and fix things themselves — genuinely fine. Others find the report is the first time anyone's shown them what's in their tenant, and want help acting on it. That's where our Discovery Audit and fixed-price builds come in.
